Efficient voltage regulation and rapid emergency response

Our XBD Horizontal Single stage Fire Pump adopts a single-stage single suction centrifugal pump structure, coupled with optimized hydraulic design. The impeller has high dynamic balance accuracy and excellent hydraulic efficiency, which can quickly establish stable fire water pressure. The flow range is 5-200L/s, and the speed can be selected from 980/1450/2900r/min. It can instantly output high flow high-pressure water flow and adapt to the fire water supply needs of buildings of different scales. Operating without vibration and with low noise, the bearings are selected as low-noise enclosed type, pre filled with lubricating grease at the factory, and support continuous operation for more than two years.

Reliable structure and long service life

Our XBD Horizontal Single stage Fire Pump shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal design, completely solving the leakage problem of traditional packing seals, ensuring a clean operating site, and avoiding rust water blocking the spray devices. The friction prone components are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, effectively preventing rusting and biting after shutdown, and extending the overall service life of the equipment. Integrated design of vortex chamber and pump body, compact and reasonable structure, excellent anti cavitation performance, suitable for clean water and water like media (temperature ≤ 85 ℃) without solid particles.

Flexible installation, adaptable to diverse scenarios

The horizontal installation design has a stable center of gravity and can be flexibly arranged according to site conditions. It supports parallel and series expansion of flow and head. The import and export diameter covers 50-350mm, which can be directly embedded into existing fire pipeline systems without significant renovation, and is suitable for various installation environments such as computer rooms and basements.

Convenient operation and maintenance, with controllable usage costs
