Product Introduction
The fire pipeline pump produced by Shanghai Tengsheng is a vertical single-stage centrifugal pump designed specifically for fire pipeline systems, also known as a fire vertical pipeline pump. The model is XBD-ISG series, which complies with the national standard GB 6245 for fire pumps and has passed the national 3C mandatory certification. It can be directly installed in series in fire pipelines without the need for additional pump room foundations. It has the core advantages of emergency quick start, high-pressure stable water supply, compact structure, and small footprint. It is the main boosting and stabilizing equipment for fire sprinkler systems and hydrant systems in high-rise buildings, shopping malls, factories and other places.

Fire Pipeline Pumps Solution
High rise buildings:
Hotels, office buildings, residential fire sprinkler systems, fire hydrant systems, booster pumps to solve the problem of insufficient water pressure in high-rise buildings.
Commercial complexes:
Fire main pumps in shopping malls, supermarkets, and exhibition centers to ensure stable flow and pressure during large space firefighting.
Industrial premises:
Fire protection systems in factories and warehouses are pressurized, with cast iron type selected for ordinary working conditions and explosion-proof type selected for high-risk working conditions.
Municipal supporting facilities:
The municipal fire protection pipeline network is pressurized in different zones. In special places such as hospitals, schools, data centers, etc. with dense or important personnel, the fire pressure stabilizing pump is used to ensure constant pressure in the pipeline network.
Select based on building height:
Building height<30m → Choose a fire pipeline pump with a lift of 10-30m;
30m ≤ Height < 60m → Choose a model with a lift of 30-60m;
60m ≤ height < 100m → choose models with a lift of 60-125m;
It is recommended to parallel multiple pumps for super high-rise buildings.
Requirements for supporting control cabinet:
Special fire control cabinets must be selected, with emergency start-up, dual power switching, and linkage control functions. The use of ordinary industrial control cabinets is prohibited.
