The Circulating Pumps for HVAC Systems produced by Shanghai Tengsheng adopt a pipeline direct installation structure, which is easy to install. The inlet and outlet diameters are the same and at the same height as the pump shaft centerline, and can be directly connected in series in the pipeline without the need for a separate concrete foundation. The installation space is only one-third of that of a horizontal pump; The vertical design does not occupy horizontal space on the ground and is suitable for small places such as basements and pump rooms. Adapting to frequency conversion control, intelligent adjustment can be matched with XL-21 control cabinet, integrating MCCB overload protection and frequency conversion speed regulation function, automatically adjusting the speed according to pipeline pressure, achieving constant pressure water supply/circulation; Support linkage with PLC and liquid level sensors, stable operation even without human supervision, automatic alarm and shutdown in case of abnormal situations.

Installation method: Vertical pipeline directly installed with inlet and outlet flange docking, no foundation required

Select according to the medium:

Choose ISG type for clean water; Choose IRG type for hot water; Choose IHG type for acid-base corrosive media; Choose YG explosion-proof type for high-risk environments.

Select based on pressure:

If the pipeline pressure is insufficient, choose the low head type (3-50m); High rise turbocharged models (50-125m) are preferred for high-rise buildings; It is recommended to choose multi-stage pipeline pumps for ultra-high head requirements.
