Product Introduction

The boiler feedwater pump is the core equipment that provides continuous high-pressure feedwater for the boiler system. The mainstream is the horizontal/vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump, which adopts a segmented multi-stage impeller stacking and high-temperature and high-pressure resistant structure design. The overcurrent components are made of cast steel/304/316 stainless steel, and the mechanical seal and cooling system ensure no leakage. It is suitable for boiler working pressure of 0.7-30MPa and feedwater temperature of 104-280 ℃. It is the "heart equipment" for stable steam production and safe operation of industrial/power plant boilers.

Multi stage centrifugal boosting is the core, which absorbs water from the deaerator/feedwater tank, and is gradually boosted by multi-stage impellers before being transported to the boiler steam drum to meet the total head requirements of the boiler's rated pressure, pipeline resistance, and safety margin. It is adapted to frequency conversion/interlock control to ensure continuous and stable feedwater and prevent dry burning of the boiler due to water shortage.

High pressure stable supply ensures boiler safety, efficient energy saving reduces operating costs, solves the pain points of insufficient pressure, high temperature leakage, and large flow fluctuations of ordinary pumps, and has the characteristics of "precise pressure control+high temperature stability+long service life and low maintenance", suitable for industrial/power plant/waste heat boiler full scenario water supply needs.
