Our Shanghai Tengsheng hot water circulation pump is a complete set of pump equipment designed specifically for closed/open hot water circulation systems. It consists of 2-4 hot water circulation pumps (commonly IRG vertical pipeline pumps, horizontal hot water centrifugal pumps), intelligent control cabinets, and pipeline accessories (valves, check valves, filters) integrated and assembled. It has the core advantages of one in use and one backup/multiple in use and one backup, intelligent switching, constant temperature and pressure stabilization, and is widely used in hotel hot water supply, underfloor heating circulation, industrial heat exchangers, boiler matching and other scenarios. It is the core power for efficient operation of hot water systems.

Working Principle of Hot Water Circulation Pumps

1. With multiple hot water circulation pumps as the core, the hot water system achieves constant temperature circulation, pressure stability, and automatic fault switching through parallel/series combination and intelligent control system; The overcurrent components of the pump body are made of heat-resistant cast iron/stainless steel, and the mechanical seal is adapted to high temperature hot water of 80-180 ℃, which meets the requirements of low noise, low energy consumption, and long service life of closed cycle systems. It is compatible with three-phase 380V power supply and supports variable frequency linkage control.

2. Hot water circulation "maintains constant temperature without interruption, saves energy and is more worry free", solves the pain points of single pump operation failure shutdown, tedious manual switching, and large fluctuations in water temperature and pressure, realizing the triple benefits of "all-weather continuous water supply+intelligent energy-saving operation+low maintenance cost", and is suitable for various medium and large hot water circulation systems.

3. Heat resistant and leak proof structure, suitable for high temperature working conditions. The pump body overcurrent components are made of heat-resistant cast iron/304 stainless steel casting, which is resistant to high temperature oxidation and corrosion; The mechanical seal is made of graphite and tungsten carbide material, combined with a cooling chamber design, which can adapt to hot water media at 80-180 ℃ for a long time without leakage or wear, and has a continuous operating life of ≥ 8000 hours.

Intelligent linkage control, unmanned operation for peace of mind, equipped with intelligent control cabinet, integrated PLC, pressure transmitter, temperature sensor, supporting three operating modes:

One in use and one backup:

The main pump automatically switches to the backup pump in case of a failure, ensuring uninterrupted water supply;

Timed rotation:

Multiple pumps operate alternately at regular intervals to balance wear and extend the lifespan of the entire machine;

Variable frequency constant pressure:

Automatically adjust the speed according to the pressure/temperature of the hot water system, avoiding the "big horse pulling small car" and significantly saving energy.
