1) The pump's structure should facilitate on-site maintenance and parts replacement. Fasteners and self-locking devices should not loosen due to vibration or other reasons.
2) An arrow indicating the direction of rotation should be cast on the pump body.
3) A pressure gauge and a vacuum pressure gauge (except for submersible pumps and deep well pumps) should be provided, with an accuracy of not less than 2.5.
4) The pump should be equipped with a drain valve.
5) The nominal pressure of the pump outlet flange should meet the maximum working pressure requirement, and the nominal pressure of the pump inlet flange should not be less than 1.0 MPa. The flange connection dimensions should comply with the provisions of GB/T 9112-2000 and GB/T 9124-2000.
6) The pump inlet should be able to withstand a positive pressure of 0.4 MPa.
