Before installation, inspect the pump body and motor for damage, check that the inlet and outlet pipelines are unobstructed, and verify that the seals are intact.
Fill the pump with water completely before initial startup to prevent mechanical seal damage caused by dry running.
Inspect the motor insulation and impeller cleanliness every 3 months, and conduct a full maintenance check annually.
When the pump is idle for an extended period, drain all water inside, perform anti-rust treatment, and start it up for 5–10 minutes at regular intervals
