Our Building Vertical Fire Pump is equipped with a specialized intelligent linkage start system for building fire protection, perfectly adapted to the building fire control center. It supports three start modes: power-off self start, fire signal linkage, and on-site manual start. The start response time is ≤ 3 seconds, far exceeding the building fire emergency response standard. When a fire occurs, there is no need for manual intervention, and the building's sprinkler and fire hydrant systems are automatically and quickly supplied with pressurized water, ensuring that the fire extinguishing equipment on each floor and in each area of the building is accurately activated, and buying valuable time for personnel evacuation and firefighting rescue.

Vertical compact design, perfectly adapted to narrow spaces in buildings
The Building Vertical Fire Pump from Shanghai Tengsheng Pump Manufacturing adopts a vertical structure design, with inlet and outlet ports of the same diameter and coaxial, and can be directly embedded into building fire pipes. It occupies only 1/4 of the traditional horizontal pump area and is particularly suitable for high-rise building equipment mezzanines, underground pump rooms, narrow machine rooms and other space limited areas. No additional expansion of the computer room is required, significantly reducing the construction cost of building fire protection facilities. At the same time, the installation is convenient and can quickly connect with the existing fire protection pipeline network of the building, shortening the construction period.
Precise adaptation to building conditions, stable and reliable water supply
The Tengsheng Building Vertical Fire Pump is based on a hydraulic model optimized for building fire water supply conditions, with a flow rate coverage of 5-200L/s and a head range of 30-280m. It can accurately match the zoning water supply needs of multi story, high-rise, and super high-rise buildings, ensuring sufficient water output from the top floor, remote fire hydrants, and sprinkler heads of the building. The overcurrent components are made of wear-resistant cast iron/304 stainless steel, suitable for common water quality in building fire protection, with a temperature resistance of up to 120 ℃, able to cope with high temperature conditions in building fire scenes, and stable water supply pressure without fluctuations.
Low noise and energy-saving, in line with the requirements of building and living environment
Building Vertical Fire Pump with adjustable inlet and outlet direction design (0 °, 90 °, 180 °, 270 ° free switching), suitable for different pipeline layouts; Some models can be equipped with mobile carts, which come with universal wheels and traction devices. They can be manually pushed and easily transported to any location at the fire scene. Indoor can be embedded in small equipment rooms, and outdoor can be directly installed with a rain cover, with a protection level of IP54, dust and splash proof, and can be installed, debugged and put into use within 10 minutes. Adopting a coaxial pump design to reduce transmission losses, coupled with a low-noise motor, the operating noise is as low as 65dB or below, which meets the indoor environmental noise standards of buildings and is particularly suitable for noise sensitive scenarios such as commercial complexes, hotels, and residential communities. Simultaneously using high-efficiency and energy-saving motors, the operating efficiency exceeds 75%, saving more than 30% energy compared to ordinary fire pumps. Long term operation can significantly reduce the energy consumption cost of building fire protection systems.
Compliant and durable, easy to operate and inspect
The core components of Building Vertical Fire Pump have undergone rigorous high and low temperature, vibration, and aging tests, with a failure rate as low as 0.5% or less. Adopting a corrugated tube mechanical seal and a forced circulation system, the sealing life is extended by more than twice compared to ordinary pumps, and there is no leakage, making it more worry free; The Y2 series motor has F-class insulation and can operate reliably at rated power even in a high temperature environment of 145 ℃. It does not require complex maintenance in daily life and only requires regular inspection of the oil and battery, greatly reducing the maintenance cost and difficulty of emergency equipment. The core components have undergone rigorous high and low temperature, vibration testing, with a failure rate of less than 0.5%. The mechanical seal uses a combination of silicon carbide and hard alloy, with no leakage and long service life, reducing the frequency of operation and maintenance of building fire-fighting equipment. The product strictly complies with fire safety standards and has passed the mandatory 3CF certification, ensuring worry free fire inspection. Daily maintenance is simple, only requiring regular checks on the sealing and motor status, greatly reducing the operation and maintenance costs and difficulties of building properties.
