Structural form
The pump body is a vertically segmented structure.
*The main components include:
Inlet section, middle section (multiple), and outlet section: connected by long bolts, each middle section is equipped with an impeller and guide vanes.
Impeller and guide vanes
Impellers are usually made of copper or stainless steel (corrosion-resistant), and the medium (water) is pressurized by the first stage impeller and smoothly introduced into the next stage impeller through the guide vanes, gradually pressurized.
Pump shaft
The long shaft is connected in series with all impellers, and the top is driven by a motor.
Mechanical seal
Located at the top of the pump to prevent leakage.
Motor
Usually a standard vertical motor, directly connected to the pump.
Working principle
The motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, which in turn drives the series connected impellers to rotate. Water is drawn in from the bottom of the pump, gaining energy in each stage of the impeller, accumulating pressure step by step, and finally discharged at a high head from the top outlet.
