The QBY Aluminum Alloy Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump is an air‑powered positive displacement pump designed for stable transfer of paint, coating and various industrial liquids. Its lightweight aluminum alloy body delivers good wear resistance, widely applied in painting workshops, chemical plants and coating processing industries.

With flow rates from 1‑40 m³/h and heads from 0‑50 m, the pump can be fitted with different diaphragm materials to suit paint, oil and medium‑corrosive fluids. Driven purely by compressed air, it supports dry‑run operation and can handle media containing fine particles for various production working conditions.

Each pump is performance tested before shipment, and technical documentation, dimensional drawings and selection support can be provided for project evaluation.

3. To ensure the quality of the coating, a volumetric diaphragm reciprocating structure is adopted, without rotating impellers or gear meshing. The medium is transported without shear or stirring, avoiding the breakage of pigment particles and resin emulsification and layering in the coating, ensuring uniform color and strong adhesion of the paint film after coating, and greatly reducing the rework rate of the coating.

Before transporting different types of coatings, thoroughly clean the pump chamber to prevent contamination from mixing different coatings.
