With pneumatic/electric dual drive and diaphragm isolation structure as the core, it has the key advantages of no leakage, strong corrosion resistance, strong self-priming, idling, and explosion-proof safety. It can transport various chemicals with pH 0-14, solid content ≤ 60%, viscosity ≤ 100000cP, and is suitable for chemical scenarios such as tank loading and unloading, reactor feeding, and long-distance transportation. Product Advantages
Our Diaphragm Pump for Chemical Transfer has been developed with the characteristics of "strong corrosion, flammability and explosiveness, high viscosity, and large fluctuations in solid content" in chemical media. By reciprocating the diaphragm to change the pump chamber volume, suction and discharge are achieved. The diaphragm completely isolates the medium from the driving components, and the overcurrent components are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as PTFE/316L stainless steel/fluoroplastic, supporting explosion-proof design. The flow rate covers 0.5-1000m ³/h, and the pressure can reach 100bar, meeting the needs of medium transfer in the entire chemical process.
