The XBD-LC Vertical Long Shaft Fire Pump is a submerged centrifugal fire pump designed to draw water directly from underground tanks, wells or reservoirs and deliver reliable pressure for fire protection systems. Its extended vertical shaft connects the above-ground motor to the multi-stage pump bowl assembly below the water surface, eliminating the need for priming and ensuring immediate water availability during fire emergencies.
With flow rates from 5 to 300 L/s and heads from 20 to 200 m, the pump can be configured with the appropriate number of stages and shaft length to match specific sump depth and hydraulic requirements. Electric motor and diesel engine drive options are available, along with complete fire pump set configurations including controller, discharge head and base plate for different system designs and local fire code compliance.
Each pump is performance tested before shipment, and technical documentation, dimensional drawings and selection support can be provided for project evaluation.
