1.The explosion-proof sewage pump (core model BQW/BQW-S series) is a specialized sewage conveying equipment designed for flammable and explosive gas/dust environments. It has passed China's national explosion-proof certification (BT4/CT4 explosion-proof level) and adopts an explosion-proof motor and anti-static sealing structure. It can safely transport sewage/wastewater containing solid particles and fiber impurities. It is suitable for high-risk scenarios such as petrochemicals, oil and gas fields, pharmaceuticals, and grain and oil processing, and can prevent electrical sparks generated by equipment operation from igniting explosive mixtures from the root. It is a safety essential equipment for sewage discharge in high-risk working conditions.

2. Explosion proof submersible sewage equipment, with a motor shell designed with explosion-proof structure and internal electrical components of explosion-proof specifications, equipped with anti-static mechanical seals and flame-retardant cable joints, achieving BT4/CT4 explosion-proof level as a whole, meeting the requirements for use in Class I (coal mines) and Class II (factories) explosive environments; IP68 waterproof rating, no need to build pump room for underwater operation, compatible with three-phase 380V explosion-proof power supply system, can pass solid particles with a diameter of up to 50% of the pump diameter.

3. Application scenarios
Petrochemical industry: discharge of oily wastewater from refineries, solvent containing wastewater from chemical plants, and rainwater drainage from oil and gas storage tank areas.
Oil and gas field industry: transportation of oilfield produced water, hydrocarbon containing wastewater from gas fields, and wastewater discharge from drilling platforms.
Pharmaceutical industry: Treatment of wastewater containing organic solvents such as alcohols and acetone, and upgrading of wastewater in raw material drug workshops.
Grain and oil processing industry: wastewater discharge under dust explosion environment in flour mills, transportation of oily wastewater in edible oil processing plants.
Other high-risk scenarios: wastewater discharge from paint factories, paint factories, pesticide factories, and underground coal mine wastewater lifting (Class I explosion-proof)
