The XBC Portable Diesel Engine Fire Pump is a compact, self-contained fire pump designed for reliable water supply in locations without fixed power or installed piping systems. Its integrated frame-mounted structure combines a single-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine with a centrifugal pump and suction/discharge connections, making it suitable for field firefighting, rural fire protection, agricultural irrigation, construction site water supply and emergency drainage applications.

With flow rates from 10 to 80 m³/h and heads from 50 to 100 m, the pump set can be configured according to project-specific hydraulic requirements. Recoil start and electric start options are available; the pump is equipped with a 25 L fuel tank providing over 4 hours continuous operation, and inlet/outlet diameters from 2.5 to 3 inches match standard fire hose connections.

Each pump is performance tested before shipment, and technical documentation, dimensional drawings and selection support can be provided for project evaluation.

The compact footprint of 720 × 520 × 680 mm and integrated skid base means it can be placed directly on uneven ground, courtyard yards, muddy construction sites or riverbanks without preparing a concrete foundation, and the protected frame shields the engine, fuel tank and control switches from accidental impact during transport and rough outdoor deployment. Reliable Air-Cooled Diesel Engine Built for Long Runtime

Powered by a 186F single-cylinder, 4-stroke air-cooled diesel engine rated at 10 hp (7.35 kW), the pump delivers strong torque from the very first pull and starts reliably even at temperatures as low as -10°C, under high altitude or in dusty field conditions where gasoline engines often fail to start. The recoil start requires no battery on standard units, and the optional electric start with 12 V battery provides push-button convenience for quick emergency response. The integrated 25 L fuel tank provides over 4 hours of continuous operation at rated flow and head, and the air-cooled design eliminates radiators, coolant, water pumps and antifreeze entirely, reducing field servicing to simple oil-level checks, fuel refills and periodic filter replacement - all operations that can be done on site with basic hand tools, keeping downtime to an absolute minimum during extended firefighting or dewatering operations.
