Product Overview

Centrifugal pump for fire fighting is a special centrifugal pump specially designed for fire water supply system, also known as fire pump. It meets the national standard of Fire Pump GB 6245, and has the core advantages of high reliability, large flow, high lift, and quick emergency start. It can quickly deliver sufficient fire water to the fire scene in case of a fire. It is the power core of fire hydrant system, sprinkler system, water spray fire extinguishing system, and is widely used in high-rise buildings, factories, shopping malls, warehouses and other key fire safety places.

Adopting a horizontal/vertical single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal pump structure, the motor is rigidly connected to the pump body, equipped with an emergency starting device, which can be quickly started by the fire power supply or diesel engine in case of power failure. 4. 3C fire protection certification is a mandatory requirement for compliance. The entire machine has passed the national mandatory 3C certification for fire protection products and meets the requirements of GB 6245 standard. Key parameters such as head, flow rate, and start-up time meet the fire protection regulations. It can be directly used for fire engineering bidding and acceptance, eliminating the risk of "non-standard products failing acceptance".
Emergency quick start, response without delay. The motor adopts a fire specific high-efficiency motor with overload, overheating, and phase loss protection functions; The electric pump model supports full pressure start within 15 seconds, while the diesel model can automatically start after power failure, ensuring timely water supply in case of fire and saving valuable time for firefighting.
High head and high flow rate meet the needs of fire extinguishing. Efficient hydraulic models are used to optimize the impeller and volute, with a single-stage head of 10-100m and a multi-stage head of up to 300m. The flow rate covers 5-800L/s, and can be flexibly selected according to the site area to ensure sufficient pressure and flow of fire water for high-rise and large places.
Wear resistant and rust proof materials are used to extend the service life. The overcurrent components are made of cast iron/ductile iron/304 stainless steel, and the impeller surface is sprayed with anti rust coating to adapt to long-term static standby conditions; The mechanical seal is made of wear-resistant tungsten carbide material, which is leak free, maintenance free, and can be put into operation at any time in standby state.
Intelligent linkage control, unmanned and more reassuring, equipped with a dedicated fire control cabinet, integrated with pressure sensors and liquid level controllers, can be linked with the fire alarm system to achieve automatic start stop, stable pressure and water replenishment; Support remote monitoring and fault alarm, real-time push of abnormal situations, ensuring that equipment is always in standby mode.
